The data is stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. We do not use your data to draw conclusions about your identity. We reserve the right to review the server log files retrospectively should there be specific indications of unlawful use. Card payment data is processed exclusively by our certified payment service provider and is not stored by Verein Familie Beer.

We use service providers to operate and maintain our website, who act as our processors. Our website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland). All service providers are contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially.
3 Contact
You can contact us by email. If you send us an email, the personal data transmitted with the email (in particular your name, your email address and the content of your message) will be stored by us and used exclusively to process your request. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
4 Donations
If you make a donation to the association, the data necessary for processing the payment will be processed. Payment processing is carried out via an external payment service provider to whom the data required for the transaction is transmitted. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing donations and to fulfill legal retention and documentation obligations. Card payment data is processed exclusively by our certified payment service provider and is not stored by Verein Familie Beer.
