Donations to Verein Familie Beer are made voluntarily and are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and, if approved, will be refunded to the original payment method.
In the following exceptional cases, a refund may be considered:
- in case of accidental duplicate payments or an obviously incorrectly entered amount;
- in case of unauthorized or fraudulent use of a payment card;
- in case of technical errors in payment processing;
- as well as in all cases where a refund is required by law.
If you believe that a payment was made in error or without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible at office@vereinfamiliebeer.ch. We review each request individually.
